Using this website
This website explains our services and helps you identify a suitable next step. Use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security. Third-party websites and tools are subject to their own terms and practices.
Inquiries and project recommendations
Submitting an inquiry or completing the website planner does not place an order, reserve a delivery date, or authorize payment. A recommendation is based on the answers supplied. We confirm any requirements outside the standard package before agreeing to additional work.
Website starter package
The standard website package is $600, paid in full upfront, for four pages, SEO and AI optimization, and four consolidated feedback rounds. A feedback round is one collected set of requested changes submitted for review. Additional pages or functionality require a separately agreed scope and price. No unlisted upgrade is automatically included or charged.
Hosting begins at launch
Hosting is $25 per month beginning when the website launches. It does not begin when the initial website package is purchased. Any recurring billing authorization and applicable hosting terms must be presented before the customer agrees. The launch date and billing start must be recorded accurately.
Content, feedback, and launch
Your first website demo will be delivered within 72 hours after we receive all required content. This window covers the initial demo, not completion of feedback rounds or final launch. We will confirm the content and access needed for the project. Clients must have permission to use the materials they supply. Final content approval and the agreed launch requirements must be completed before publication. Ownership, licensed assets, domain responsibilities, and handoff terms will be set out in the service agreement.
Search and AI visibility
SEO and AI optimization mean preparing the site to help search engines and relevant systems understand its content. They do not guarantee rankings, indexing, AI recommendations, traffic, leads, or sales. Results depend on factors beyond the website build.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation before launch receives a $300 refund of the $600 website package price. No website-build refund is available after launch. Contact us by email to request cancellation.
Payment and ongoing services
The $600 website package is paid in full upfront. If you cancel hosting, service continues through the end of the paid monthly period and then stops. Website files are available on request for transfer to another host. Connected forms, CRM automations, and other third-party services may require separate accounts or reconfiguration; a file handoff does not transfer those services automatically. The final agreement must describe ongoing support and any applicable third-party asset restrictions.
Optional text messages
Where you separately opt in, Edge may send inquiry or project updates, or marketing messages according to your selection. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Email remains available for website inquiries.
Agreements and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Edge Marketing Company is the contracting business. Any separate service agreement will identify the agreed scope and service-specific terms.
