Information you provide
When you inquire about a website or another service, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email, business name, existing website, requested features, and project details. Phone is optional on our website inquiry form. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or sensitive personal information through an inquiry form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to understand your project, respond to you, prepare a scope, and manage our relationship. If you become a client, we also use relevant information to deliver services, administer billing, maintain business records, and address support requests.
Forms, customer records, and payments
We use HighLevel and its LeadConnector services for forms, contact records, and customer communications. Authorized team members and service providers may process information needed to perform their work. Payment information should be entered only through the payment provider’s secure checkout. A website inquiry is not a purchase and does not authorize a charge.
Email and optional text messages
We may reply by email about an inquiry or active project. Text-message choices are separate and optional: inquiry and project updates, and marketing messages. Providing a phone number alone does not select either option. Marketing text consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us directly about your communication preferences.
Cookies and measurement
Our website and embedded service providers may process technical information such as browser type, device information, referring page, and interaction data. This website does not currently enable Google Analytics or Meta advertising pixels. Embedded service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver their services.
Sharing and service providers
We share information as needed with providers supporting website hosting, customer management, communications, and payment processing, and when required by applicable law. Mobile opt-in information and text-message consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting message delivery may process that information to provide the service.
Retention and security
We keep records needed to respond to requests, provide services, manage our business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use safeguards appropriate to the information we handle; no system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, or to change communication preferences. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for active services or legal obligations. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
